Supplier Site Assessment

Within the cooperation with our contract partner – company ARIBA we provide the services within the suppliers management - SSA. The substance of SSA (Supplier Site Assessment) is to find out the customer requirements for his suppliers, to review the suppliers performance by the objective form and according to the specified requirements to odvise the customer suppliers accodring to their suitability – to form „the chart of the suitable suppliers“.

Customer requirements, which are reviewed at supplier, are not related only to functioning of their management systéme but also their economic results, infrastructure, social responsibility against employees and the environment and other inputs (requirements are defined by customer).

Customer can obtain following contributions through SSA:

• Customer does not have to invest to the methodology development (know-how) if he wants to execute this type of suppliers appraisal
• Customer does not have to invest to infrastructure, which would provide global investigation and suppliers appraisal – ARIBA has created its own worldwide network, which enables SSA to act within global measure (one of reviewers is also QSCert)
• Approach to catalogues of potential suppliers for individual industries and business, which is constantly kept and updated
• Appraising of suppliers performance and the pressure for their continually improvement within specific areas through measurable indexes
• Suppliers training for customers requirements and for importance of their fulfillment
