This training provides getting of the most important knowledge, skills and tools which are necessary for building, implementation, but also for maintenance and improvement of quality management system. Quality manager trainings often take several weeks and for many employees it is impossible, with their high working carrying-capacity, to participate these trainings. They have already mastered much knowledge and skills (for example internal audits execution) so their repeated acquirement becomes ineffective. Modular composition gives possibility to get through whole training, or to choose only one of these modules according to customer’s requirement.
